- PrimeInvest is totally focused on maximizing capital gains for investors, because:
- PrimeInvest only makes money if investors’ profits exceed minimum targets of 20% after-tax net capital gains and yield of 5% IRR.
- 100% of profits are distributed to the investors until the 20% net capital gains / 5% IRR target is achieved; profits surpassing this target will be shared between the investors and PrimeInvest.
- PrimeInvest’s transparent approach to cost-control results in very low expenses for property devel- opment, asset management, estate agency and sales processes and FQI investment fund admin- istration/compliance, all of which costing less than 1.5% annually of portfolio net asset value, includ- ing surety bond guarantees for building renovation investments.
